About Me

My journey as a coach began in 2013 with my first wellness coach certification. Since then I have continued to explore the fields of positive psychology, mindset, thought and perspective change. I continuously seek personal growth opportunities and enjoy empowering and inspiring others to believe in themselves.

One of the greatest things I've learned is the power of choice. We can choose to react positively or we can choose to react negatively. We can choose. Being aware of this power to choose is so enlightening, because feeling better  is in our hands, for the most part, based on what and how we choose. We do not always have the choice of what happens around us or even to us sometimes, but we do have a choice in how we react and respond.

Through commitment, patience, falling and getting back up, and a desire to live a more positive minded existence, I have learned to give myself grace and accept myself as I am (because we are all amazing in our own right). Life is a journey and a learning process; the hope is that we continue to learn things that propel us toward peace within ourselves.
